What are your shipping options within Thailand?
We offer standard shipping via Kerry Express and Flash Express for all domestic orders. Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders over 1,500 THB.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to selected countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with specific measurements in centimeters and inches. Since our collections feature various fits, we recommend checking the 'Size & Fit' tab before purchasing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PromptPay QR codes, and bank transfers. For bank transfers, please upload your slip via our 'Confirm Payment' page.
Are the colors of the clothes accurate on the website?
